In response to COVID-19, the SMUSD Technology Team transitioned to the new LiveChat system to provide responsive remote technical support to ALL faculty, staff, students, and parents in the following ways:
Chat online for a faster response. Please visit www.smusd.us/livechat to chat and screen share with an available technology team member. Technology team members are staggering work times to maximize available support coverage. If no one is available to chat, please try emailing or calling.
Email your technical support requests to firstname.lastname@example.org. Emailed requests will automatically be converted to help tickets so that we can systematically address requests.
Call and leave a message at 626-299-7002. Please leave your full name, call back number, email, and a description of the request. These messages will automatically be transcribed and converted into help tickets.
The Technology Services Department welcomes your feedback and suggestions. The SMUSD believes in continuous improvement and relies on stakeholder input and feedback.
