6th thru 12th Grade Registration Information
Registration for all grades for the 2012-2013 school year will be held on Thursday, April 26, 2012, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM, in the District Office Boardroom.  If you are unable to register on that date, there will be additional registration dates as follows: Thursday, May 24, 2012, 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon, Thursday, June 28, 2012, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM, and Thursday, July 19, from 2:00 to 5:00 PM in the District Office Boardroom.
 
There will be "last-chance" walk-in registration Monday through Thursday, July 30 through August 2, and August 6 through 9, from 9:00 AM to 12 noon in the District Office.  All registration documentation must be completed by Friday, August 10, 2012, in order for your child to start school on the first day.  The first day of school for the 2012-2013 school year is August 21, 2012. 
 
All registration materials must be completed to register.  The free Adobe Reader is required to view the PDF files.

STEP 2:  Print, Complete and Bring the Following Forms.
 
STEP 3:  Gather and Bring the Following Documents. Please be sure you have both the original and a copy of the following documents.
  1. CURRENT PROPERTY TAX BILL OR CURRENT LEASE AGREEMENT OR CLOSING ESCROW STATEMENT;
    AND

    4 CURRENT UTILITY BILLS (electric, gas, water, trash, cable, telephone [not cell phone])
     
    are required for proof of residency in the San Marino Unified School District.
     
  1. BIRTH CERTIFICATE AND/OR PASSPORT
    for certification of birth date.
     
  1. SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER
    if applicable.
     
  1. COMPLETE, UP-TO-DATE, IMMUNIZATION RECORD
    signed by a physician. All the immunizations required by the State of California are listed in the registration packet. Our district strictly enforces the “NO SHOT - NO SCHOOL” policy.
       
  1. OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT
    from the Student's previous school (official English translation, if necessary).
